Damon has been a professional guitarist for over 17 years. He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston from 1982-1986 where he majored
in performance. After college he worked locally in NY as a guitarist
for hire eventually becoming a major label recording artist in 1994
with the band Redbelly on Elektra Records, earning a co-production
credit on the album as well. Damon has toured and recorded with many
artists including Meat Loaf, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and more
recently Kay Story. In 2005 Damon won first place in the Unisong
International Songwriting Contest for the song “Superhero”, which he
produced and co-wrote with Kay Story.
